To establish project costs PRIME uses an advanced Sage estimating software. Sage allows for the calculation of accurate material quantities; substitutions; and complex “what if” evaluations. A strong project team supports their contemporary approach to job organization and estimating. 

For the best outcome on each project a complete team is formed early in the design process. This team consists of the owner, architect, contractor, subcontractor, and key vendors. Collaboration ensures that the project design remains within the owner’s budget and time constraints.
